Declaration of Existence

I, Vladek III of Burn, son of Octavio X, King and Ruler of Burn and all outlying provinces, Prince of Nettle, Guardian of the Faith, etc... do hereby proclaim that the New Kingdom of Burn established on this day, January 1st, in the year of our lord 2007.  The Kingdom shall retain all its historical and previous property; furthermore the nation shall consist of the most precious of all resources: the hearts and minds of its citizens. The spirit of the Kingdom will continue to grow until one day new lands can be found for our nation. Until that day, I command all citizens to go forth and spread the good will of Burn to the denizens of the world.
